1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and High Income Society INC. (“High Income Society”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. They govern your use of www.highincomesociety.com, its subdomains, and any landing pages or funnels that link to these Terms (together, the “Sites”), as well as our forms, booking tools and communications.

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

2. About us and our services

High Income Society provides done-for-you client acquisition services to professional service businesses, including LinkedIn appointment setting, Meta advertising and lead generation, and growth operations for personal brands.

The Sites are for information only. Any paid engagement with us is governed by a separate written services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the services agreement prevails for that engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Sites. If you use the Sites on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. The Sites and our services are intended for business and professional purposes.

4. Use of the Sites

You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • give false, misleading or impersonating information in any form or booking;
  • copy, scrape, harvest or reproduce content or data from the Sites by automated means without our written permission;
  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, our systems or other users’ data;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • use the Sites to send spam or unsolicited communications; or
  • use the Sites in any way that breaches applicable laws or the rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Sites at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

5. Strategy calls and bookings

Strategy calls booked through the Sites are free and carry no obligation to buy. We may decline, reschedule or cancel any booking at our discretion. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping purposes. Where this applies, we will tell you at or before the start of the call. Information you share during a call is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Communications, email and SMS

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by email, phone and, where you have opted in, text message. Marketing messages are sent only in line with applicable anti-spam laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

SMS terms: if you opt in to text messages, you may receive messages about your enquiry, booked calls (including confirmations and reminders), our services and offers. These messages may be sent using automated technology.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

7. Results and earnings disclaimer

Any revenue, appointment, lead or other performance figures shown on the Sites, in our ads or in our materials are examples only. They may reflect our own results or the results of past or existing clients. These results are not typical, and we do not promise or imply that you will achieve similar results. Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including your offer, market, pricing, sales process, background, experience, effort and conditions outside our control. All business involves risk.

Statements on the Sites about predictable or guaranteed appointments describe the objective of our systems. Any performance guarantee applies only to the extent it is expressly set out, with its conditions, in a signed written services agreement with us. Nothing on the Sites is a guarantee of income, revenue, profit, appointments or any other result.

Content on the Sites is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

8. Testimonials and case studies

Testimonials, reviews and case studies reflect the real experiences of the individuals and businesses named. They may have been edited for length or clarity, and some may have been given in connection with a business relationship with us. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience or results.

9. Third-party platforms

Our services make use of third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and various software tools. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, algorithm changes, advertising approvals, account restrictions or suspensions, or fees.

This site is not a part of the Facebook™ website or Facebook™ Inc., and it is not endorsed by Facebook™ in any way. FACEBOOK™ is a trademark of FACEBOOK™, Inc. LinkedIn, Google and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

10. Intellectual property

The Sites and their content are owned by High Income Society or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, the HIS mark, design, video, the names of our systems and our software. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Sites without our prior written permission.

11. Your submissions

You are responsible for the information you submit through the Sites and confirm that it is accurate. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sites and all content on them are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Income Society and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nor will they be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Sites or these Terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable services agreement.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Income Society and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Sites.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Sites, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

17. General

  • Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the Sites after that means you accept the updated Terms.
  • Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: we may assign these Terms. You may not assign them without our written consent.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Sites, except as set out in any separate services agreement.
